TPS53688: TPS53688RSB - Reprogramming issue

Tool/software:

We were trying to program NVM for the device 'TPS53688RSB'

The customer gave us a data file. When using the we are able to program the device successfully. When we try to reprogram the same device, programming fails.

Can you provide us information on what configurations can affect this programming? Thanks!

    Hi,

    How are you trying to program the device, are you importing a file through TI's Fusion Software?

    You mentioned a data file, is this a .xml or .tifsp file? If you are able, can you share the file with me to look at?
