TMS320F28379D: Debug and Communication error when running at 100 kHz

Hi,

I am running a power converter at 100 kHz using TMS320F28379D to do phase-shifted control. I run my code in debug mode in CCS environment. It always worked fine. However, when I ramped up input voltage/power, the CCS, when running, suddenly throws me the following list of errors:

IcePick_C_0: Error: (Error -150 @ 0x0) One of the FTDI driver functions used during configuration returned a invalid status or an error. (Emulation package 12.8.0.00189)
C28xx_CPU1: JTAG Communication Error: (Error -150 @ 0x0) One of the FTDI driver functions used during configuration returned a invalid status or an error. (Emulation package 12.8.0.00189)
C28xx_CPU1: Failed to remove the debug state from the target before disconnecting. There may still be breakpoint op-codes embedded in program memory. It is recommended that you reset the emulator before you connect and reload your program before you continue debugging

Can anyone help with this issue? I don't know if it is the power-level or I have been running the code for a long time, or something else.
