Hi TI,

I wonder if there is a GUI for LaunchXL-F28379D. I followed your tutorial and created a GUI using GC Designer but I had problem for the GUI to connect to the launchpad. The problem is still not resolved after several weeks communication with your support guys. It appears to be related to the TI Cloud Agent so I wonder if you have any GUI that would work with F2837x devices like to ones for the old devices so that I don't need to involve Cloud agent. Also, is there a way to use GUI composer designer offline (desktop version)? or cloud is the only available one?

Hi Congli,

We don't have a GUI for LAUNCHXL-F28379D, and GUI Composer Designer is available online through the dev.ti.com website.

I can help to debug the TI Cloud Agent, as that is the only other software which is needed to enable connection with the device to the GUI Composer. What browser are you using? If you have already downloaded TI Cloud Agent (https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/ticloudagent-bridge/pfillhniocmjcapelhjcianojmoidjdk?hl=en-US) then you can try removing the extension from your browser and re-downloading. If that doesn't work, can you try using a different browser (like Chrome, Edge, or Firefox) and downloading TI Cloud Agent to that browser and try connection
