i have some questions for GPIO on electrical characteristics

question1 : what input capacitance means ??

question2 : what the input capacitance value effect ??

question3 ; when i use SPI function and SPISOMI receive data 0x0000 and complete receive , I discover
                   the GPIO55 level go to high will be slow , the go to high level cost about 1us , what about with
                   GPIO capacitance or internal resistor

    i think input capacitance is for filter purpose that is the capacitance offered to the driving signal.

    Actually input capacitance exist between the gates when there is no load and load capacitance comes from the applied load
