TMS320F2800156-Q1: self test of LCM

Tool/software:

If I peform the LCM self-test(Set LCM_CONTROL.STEN) and the self-test result is fail(LCM_STATUS.STDONE = 1(self-test complete), LCM_STATUS.STPASS = 0(self-test fail)), will this trigger an NMI interrupt?

I would like to ask how to create a situation of failed self-test(LCM_STATUS.STDONE = 1(self-test complete), LCM_STATUS.STPASS = 0(self-test fail)).

It is not possible to inject error in self-test sequence itself...
Forcing an error in LCM can be done through the Comparator Error Force test only.
