What is this pre-defined name CPU1 used for in TI C2000ware V5.04 example codes?

It seems not used explicitly...

    Sorry for the dealy in responding to this query.

    Yes, the CPU1 define is not relevant for F2800157, the empty bitffield project is the only project that has the "CPU1" defined.  This is not needed since this is a single core device. 

    The ADC examples mentioned don't seem to have this define which is correct.
