tms320f28335 GPIO question

i have some questions for GPIO on electrical characteristics

question1 : what input capacitance means ??

question2 : what the input capacitance value effect ??

question3 ; when i use SPI function and SPISOMI receive data 0x0000 and complete receive , I discover
                   the GPIO55 level go to high will be slow , the go to high level cost about 1us , what about with
                   GPIO capacitance or internal resistor
