TMS320LF2407A: XDS510PP Plus not working with CCS V3.3 PLA

I'm confused why I'm unable to use an XDS510PP Plus with a paid version of CCS V3.3 PLA that supports the TMS320LF2407A.

It's unclear to me whether I need to install a separate driver for the XDS510PP. If I do need to install the driver, is it available somewhere? Every reference I find on the Web seems to lead me to a bad link.

I see the XDS510 listed as an emulator in the CCS Setup box, and I'm able to create a configuration for it. However, I seem to be limited to using non standard I/O ports: 0x240, 0x280, 0x320, and 0x340. My legacy PC only supports I/O ports 0x278 and 0x378. This further confuses me.

Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.

TI, please confirm whether these are full featured drivers or have some features reduced, such as breakpoint capabilities.

It is full featured. The main limitation is performance in regards to transfer speed which impacts things like speed of program load, loading/saving memory to/from the target, etc.

I'm sure you are aware but please note that CCS 3.x, the f24x, and the XDS510 are all very old, obsolete, and unsupported.
