LAUNCHXL-F28379D: Some questions about SYSCFG file setting and generate

Part Number: LAUNCHXL-F28379D
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SYSCONFIG

Tool/software:

I have some questions about SYSCFG GUI operation.

My Environment: CCS 12.8.1 on Windows 10 / EVM Board: F28379D

When I trying different sample code to verify peripheral interface, I found the SYSCFG does not provide all GPIO in PinMux, please refer to screenshots.

**Example 1: spi_ex1_loopback, the GPIO list start from GPIO22.

I want to use GPIO11 but there is no GPIO11 to pick, so I need to manual coding GPIO11 initialization into main().

spi_ex1_loopback

And then I silded down to continue search the list, finally GPIO11 in list, but it show warning if I pick it.

spi_ex1_loopback-3

spi_ex1_loopback_w

I save and build project, then checked the content of Board_init() (board.c is an auto-gnerate file in /CPU1_RAM/syscfg), it looks silimar to normal GPIO configuration, so I could ignore the warning, right ?

**Example 2: gpio_ex3_interrupt, the list start from GPIO2 but without GPIO 22 in the list.

spi_ex1_loopback-2

I were searched answer from Google, and realized SYSCFG should be list in pinmux.csv in ‘CPU1_RAM’ folder, but there is not full GPIO in pinmux.csv.

May I know what setting cause the differentical ? How to list all GPIO in it ?

**Example 3: I were tried flash_programming_cpu01 sample code, and I found there is no SYSCFG in this sample.

flash_programming_cpu01

May I know how to make it auto-generate into this project ?

I study about how it to generate from https://software-dl.ti.com/ccs/esd/documents/users_guide/ccs_project-management2.html#sysconfig-automatic-code-generation

But there is no Build → Tools → SysConfig in this case. no Build → Tools → SysConfig in this case.
