-> Yes, SECDED logic uses the 64-bit aligned address and the corresponding 64-bit data and 8-bit ECC value to evaluate the correctness of the data read from Flash/OTP.

Would it restore correct data to incorrect data by using ECC data with single-bit errors?

 -> No, it will give the corrected data to CPU but it will not correct the error in the Flash. User application has to erase and program the Flash if the error in the Flash has to be corrected.

 A redundant ECC logic is mentioned in the Reference Manual. Does it work only in test mode or in both test mode and run-time mode?

-->It can identify what kind of error it is and where it happened after the Output Comparator, right？

For example: single-bit error / uncorrectable error / single-bit error in data / single-bit error in ECC data...
