TMS320F28069F: CCS 20 does not import old V12 the project.

Have you tried adding your source files directly to the project which is building for you? As in, start with an empty project which builds in CCS 20 and then slowly incorporate your source files from the CCS v12 project until the final project matches?

I didn't add step by step. I used import in CCS 20. Everything as shown in your video, the whole project at once with copying.. Simple import doesn't work.

Hi Andrew,

I resolved the other project with this issue by altering the .project file in the imported folder.

Please try removing the filteredResources tag in your .project file and restart CCS 20. This was the issue in the other project and once removed, it should now be able to build and debug successfully

Can you clarify what you mean by the first part?

And I don't believe we support custom data types in the watch expressions for CCS 20 just yet, that should be slated in a future version of the tool

I have built the project but have not loaded it into the processor. How long has TI _IQ been a user type? In MotorWare TI uses _IQ very often. There is even a library for _IQ.

At a future point, there should be support for multiple data types in CCS 20. Although since it is a newer platform, our CCS team is still working on migrating features from the older eclipse-based CCS
