the frequency of F2800156 is 100MHz , which is lower than other F28015X series. Could u kindly help to tell the reason?
Will there be some risks when setting the frequency of F2800156 to 120MHz? Thanks!

There are several F280015x devices with this frequency as noted in the device datasheet:
It would not be recommended to operate the device out of datasheet specification as it has not been tested/we cannot guarantee the performance out of spec.
