Hi,

I want to use CAN pins of control card, so I am in need-to-know pins on docking station that needs to be connected.

1.I have connected MicroUSB cable to A.J1 of control card and other microUSB cable to J8. Docking station also needs to connect using microUSB.

2.I am looking for user guide of docking station [R4.1] and control card R1.3 F2837x.

I am in need to use CANRXB(GPIO7), CANTXB(GPIO6),I am looking for pin number of Docking station which will serve the purpose.

The pinout of the 180pin connector is:

GPIO-06 --> pin 54 of 168-HSEC header

GPIO-07 --> pin 56 of 168-HSEC header

thanks for response .Docking station [R4.1] has 176 header,and this C:\ti\c2000\C2000Ware_5_03_00_00\boards\ExperimenterKits\C:\ti\c2000\C2000Ware_5_02_00_00\boards\ExperimenterKits\DockingStation_HSEC_120or180pin\R4_1\controlCARDDockingStationR4_1_SCH.pdf is showing header of 180 pin ,
1.I am not sure if referring to correct pdf

2.Control card pdf schamatic shows GPIO 6 and 7 is used for PWM

please assist, also please share CAN example for control card R1.3

From the schematics, Dock station (R4.1) has a 180-pin header, and the header on F28379D control card has 180 pins too.

The GPIO-06/07 can be used as CANTXB/CANRXB, ePWM, eQEP etc.

You can config GPIO-06 and GPIO-07 for CAN:

GPIO_setPinConfig(GPIO_6_CANTXB);
GPIO_setPinConfig(GPIO_7_CANRXB);
