TMS320F28379D: CAN usage on control card -dock station

Tool/software:

Hi ,

I have hardware setup as 
Control card connected with USB cable for debugging.
Doc station connected with another USB cable for supply.
Peak device connected with120 ohm register.One end of which  connected to laptop and other end with 120 ohm connected to pin PIn 54 and PIn 56 on docking station.

I am sending CAN frame from PEAK to TMS320F28379D(control card)  and breakpoint doesnt hit CAN receive interrupt.

what am I missing here or anything needs to be added on hardware side ?
where this changes needs to be made  on hardware .
I am really stuck at this point.

need quick help.
