Tool/software:
Hello! I've been following the ADC lab in C28x academy using CCS v20 with a TMS320F28379D LaunchPad and got to the step where I "Open and set up a graph to plot a 50-point window of the ADC results buffer. Click: Tools → Graph → Single Time." I don't think I see Tools->Graph so I scrolled down to the note stating "If you do not see CCS menu Tools → Graph, please refer to Getting Started (Setting CCS for graph)" where it told me to adjust my CCS Perspective under Window->Perspective->Customize Perspective. Unfortunately, I don't seem to see that either. I also see an option for "Graph" under the View tab, but that seems to be different than what the ADC Lab uses.
Is there a way to bring out the graph tool in CCS v20 in a similar fashion as in the ADC Lab or do I have to downgrade to CCS v12? There's probably something simple I'm missing, but any help would be appreciated :))
Hi Daron,
I'm having this post rerouted to the CCS team for further comments.
Regards,
Ozino
For the graph tool in CCSv20, see: https://software-dl.ti.com/ccs/esd/documents/users_guide_ccs/ccs_debug-main.html#graph-view
Note that the entire workshop was written for CCS 12. It will likely be easier to get started on CCS 12 if you are a new user.
Thanks
