CCSTUDIO3: Copying settings and linked files from one project to another

Tool/software:

I'm trying to import one of the TI reference projects, but copy settings and linked files over from another project.

Is there a way to copy project settings (a build configuration) from one project to another?  Just so I don't have to manually re-enter a dozen+ include paths and predefined symbols.

Is there a way to copy linked files as linked files from one project to another, so they are still linked files in the destination project?  I have a handful of files linked in the first project, but where the sources are in several different folders on the filesystem,.  Again, it would save some effort to go system explorer and manually drag in and link each file into the new project.

I'll have to do similar for multiple new projects (variations on the original project)
