TMS320F2812: Issue when flash the firmware through SCI using C2Prog

Hi TI,

I saw some posts in the forum, that to use C2Prog replace SDFlash on Window 10 environment. However, when I download through SCI to my C2812 board, most of the time will be unsuccessful due to the below error:

And below is the message when the downloading is ok

I already check the Switch to enable the SCI booting mode for both of the unsuccessful case and successful case.

May I know could be the possible cause of this issue, and how to fix this issue?

Can you comment on the value of the external XTAL/Clock on your PCB? Can you share the target settings you have for C2Prog? Also please comment on the pull resistor value for the boot mode pins.

Hi Mathew,

The external XTAL/Clock is 30MHz.

Pull resistor value for the boot mode pins: is pulled to logic 0 (<0.6v) by 2.2K resistor during programming mode, default pulled high to Logic 1 (3.3V) by pull up 10K.

Seems now it is ok to download the firmware to my board using C2Prog, we can close this thread first, if any other issue I will open another one later.
