eZDSP TMS320F2812

Hello,

I am quiet familiar with C but this will be my first project using eZDSP TMS32F2812.

Yesterday, I got eZDSP and found out that the driver CD and software code composer version 3 is for windows XP.But I am using windows 7.

So, I try to go over TI's website trying to find solutions and haven't found any good ones.

I looked at application note "Getting started with TMS320C28x Digital Signal Controllers" where you have download the header and peripheral files.But still haven't been able to communicate with eZDSP board.

I have also downloaded the free version of code composer version 4 from TI website.But it seems I am missing the driver for the eZDSP board.

If you could point me to the right direction, it would be very helpful.

to make your life easier, i suggest to buy one refurbished desktop with XP in amazon which just costs 100 bucks. with XP system, its easier to take advantage of

using huge legacy resources from ti and spectrum digital software, firmware and other legacy code.

ccs v3 can't work in win 7. if you wanna to setup your driver for XDS510 emulator, u need to installed the driver for that emualtor properly.
