Hi team,
Received this question from a customer where the TI Resource Explorer and Debug Project option are both unavailable on some of their computers but work on others. We see one error when we open the 'Project Wizard' and another error when going to the debug tab in project properties. I am thinking that the launch.json is unable to be generated / used properly causing this issue but not sure why. Project-less debug works as expected. Could you walk me through any PC, CCS, etc. settings that need to be modified?

Can you suggest to the customer to clean the various cache files used by CCS? Also perhaps have them delete their launch.json file also.
