TMS320F28375S: Issue with SysCtl_setEMIF1ClockDivider after Upgrading to C2000Ware 5.4.0.00

Part Number: TMS320F28375S
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SYSCONFIG, C2000WARE

Tool/software:

Hello team,

I’m encountering an issue after updating my development environment from C2000Ware 5.3.0.00 to C2000Ware 5.4.0.00 and upgrading SysConfig from version 1.19.0 to version 1.22.0. My existing code, which was working fine with C2000Ware 5.3.0.00 and SysConfig 1.19.0, is now showing error after the upgrade.

To isolate the cause, I first downgraded to SysConfig 1.19.0 while keeping C2000Ware 5.4.0.00, but the error still persists. However, when I reverted back to C2000Ware 5.3.0.00 while using SysConfig 1.22.0, the issue is resolved.

It seems that the problem occurs only when I upgrade to C2000Ware 5.4.0.00.

coming back to my error, The error occurs in the syscfg/device.c file, specifically in the function:

"SysCtl_setEMIF1ClockDivider(SYSCTL_EMIF1CLK_DIV_SYSCTL_EMIF1CLK_DIV_1);"

The problem is that the entire sysctl.h file appears to be shaded out (non-executable), and I’m unable to resolve this issue.

Any insights or guidance on what could be causing this behavior would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!
