We have some lower cost versions like F28386D, and F28384D. Also there are versions with single F28 core + M4 core.

We may also have other MCUs that will meet your requirements, but we cannot know without knowing your application.

The RAM requirement makes this tough. This MCU would fit the other requirements, but has only half the RAM: https://www.ti.com/product/TMS320F28P650DK

This is higher performance CPU, but also a little less RAM: https://www.ti.com/product/F29H850TU#order-quality
