We would like to develop and introduce a digital power supply by combining TIDM-DC-DC-BUCK and F280049C. The following documents seem to be helpful.

The design guide you provided would be the best collateral that we currently have describing the design of a buck converter using C2000. You can also refer to these videos to understand some software tools we provide to enable easier evaluation

There is also another external vendor that we've partnered with named Biricha which provides workshops and other training collateral for power supply design specifically using the same TIDM-DC-DC-BUCK hardware. This maybe something that you are interested in looking for depending on the specifications of your power supply design
