Thanks for the reply.

Debugger is not connecting, and CCS is giving error.

Am using CCS V11.0 and it is not showing spectrum digital USB probe in the connection seetings

Help me on this.

Could you please check out this app note? https://www.ti.com/lit/spracf0

If you do not see your probe in CCS, you may need to use a different probe. What probe are you using?
