Tool/software:

I saw REF5030 for produce VREFHI in TMS320F28386D-Q1 referance board. This regulator input voltage is given VDDA_3V3. Is it important that the converter supply is VDDA? Is the order of generating the voltages VDDA and VREFHI important? Is there a problem if VREFHI voltage is generated before VDDA?

Hello,

Before powering the device, no voltage larger than 0.3 V above VDDA or 0.3 V below VSSA should be applied to any analog pin (including VREFHI and VDAC).

I examined REF5030IDGKT and REF5030AQDRQ1 for produce VREFHI 3V. Can i use 3.3V supply in order to produce VREFHI 3V? The both of them minimum input voltage seems 3.2V, but In TMDSCNCD28388D demo board REF5030 was used for generating VREFHI from 3.3V. Is this a risky design? Can you suggest me an ic that generate VREFHI voltages from VDDA_3V3.
