How to generate 3 phase from Renewable Energy kit Ver 1.3

I have renewable Energy kit (Ver 1.3) from TI with TMS320F28035PN(80 pin IC).I have follow the procedure given by

Renewable Energy Kit GUI Overview.pdf (procedure to load file into DSPs RAM and run Renewable-F280x-GUI.exe software) and load the file Renewable-F2803xRAM.a00 properly.and it works.

But in this case PWM1A,1B,PWM2A,PWM2B give output but PWM3A and PWM3B not give output(at test point as well as ICs pin 62 and 63 EPWM3B ans EPWM3A respectively).So give me proper  .a00 file to generate 3 phase output using TMS320F28035PN control card.

Also I want to control 3 phase Inverter output without Buck as well as Boost section.So how efficiently I use Code supplied by TI(in percentage)

     In my final project I want to generate 50Hz,3 phase AC output with carrier frequency of (10KHz to 25KHz)from this kit by using TMS320F28335.So if anyone give me any procedure as well as timing diagram between PWM1A,PWM1B,PWM2A,PWM2B,PWM3A,PWM3B and Output Voltage U,V and W relations.
