LAUNCHXL-F28379D: C2000 Launch PAd

Tool/software:

recently we purchased 9 nos of LAUNCHXL-F28379D Launch Pads. One of Launch pad board is not able to detect by the system and we are unable to program. we tried to reflash, but system is unable to detect the hardware. where as all other launch pads are working fine. Kindly advice for further course of action.

Hi Sultan

Did you purchase the boards through TI or a 3rd party distributor?

Is there a serial number on the board? If so, can you provide the serial number?

Was the LaunchPad used at all before you experienced this issue?

If the IC gets hot, that means the IC was likely damaged. We test all boards when they finish manufacturing to ensure operation, so would help to know more about the board so we can discuss with our manufacturers

This launch pad was not detected by the system itself and We Purchased it directly from TI and PFA Invoice5921031771.PDF

Also serial no. is 66T2428001687
