Part Number: XDS110ISO-EVM

On the TI website you have provided Gerbers, Design Files and schematics for the XDS110ISO EVM. If a customer produces their own variant of this design embedded into our hardware, does TI provide the binary file to load on it?
This is in the case where they cannot just add a JTAG connector for use with an external debugger for production. This is for their own development purposes and there are vibration/size constraints that limit them from simply using the existing XDS110ISO EVM on the board. There are a few future applications a customer are working on where we cannot get a sealed connector for JTAG and/or long enough JTAG cables which cause disconnection issues but are able to get one for USB C. This would be not part of end product, but during the internal development phase only.
To confirm, that this would not be shipping with the product itself as it will be taken off for the production variants where a bootloader would be handling field updates.
