LAUNCHXL-F280049C: I need the debugging method and MCU programming code for the TM4C129ENCPDT13 to make it operational. Currently, the board cannot detect the XDS110 port.

Tool/software: 

The XDS110 Debug probe section of the LAUNCHXL-F280049C board is damaged and not functioning.
I requested a TM4C129ENCPDT13(U2) sample as a replacement, but it's not working either.
I need the debugging method and MCU programming code for the TM4C129ENCPDT13 to make it operational. 
Currently, the board cannot detect the XDS110 port.
