Sorry, I couldn't find the part number because it's a discontinued model, so I chose a random part.
I have DSP / TMS320F240PQ, and I checked that it says F34-66AH29W / G4 below.
I want to know the lot number and production date, etc. Is there any related guide material?

you can follow the same decode as attached from any device Errata. unfortunately, the year is only a 1 digit code, so you don't really know if it's 2016 or 2006 by the device. If you have the shipping package it will have further information.
