LAUNCHXL-F28379D: CCS 20: Create new project issue

Part Number: LAUNCHXL-F28379D
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: C2000WARE

Tool/software:

When I try to create a new sample project "led_ex1_blinky", it will prompt a download of C2000Ware SDK (even though it is already installed and the library is linked [Issue #1]). Then once it completes the SDK install, there is no transition to download (or opening) of the "led_ex1_blinky" project. [Issue #2]. Attached are my logs.

Please note that the new project wizard will always try to use the latest available version of an SDK. The latest available version of the C2000Ware SDK is 5.4.0. If your version is older, then it will attempt to download the latest version.

If you already have that version installed locally, it is possible that CCS did not detect it:

I'm not sure I understand this issue. So CCS installed the SDK but the project is still not imported to the explorer view?

    Thanks
