TMS320F280049C: How to merge two binary files to one binary file

Dear Experts,

Please let me know the most reliable way to merge the two binary files into one binary file so that I can program the bootloader and application into the flash at the same time.

My preferred file format is .txt, but .out or .hex files are fine too.
