DRV8301-69M-KIT: 3-Phase Motor DevKit DRV8301-69M-KIT External Control High-Side Issue

Part Number: DRV8301-69M-KIT
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRV8301

Tool/software:

Hello everyone,

I am trying to connect the Evaluation Board 3-Phase Motor DevKit DRV8301-69M-KIT to my Speedgoat RCP hardware via the pin header for External Control.
The voltage levels match perfectly and basically everything works great.
However, when I start clocking, I have the problem that one of the high-side mosfets skips switching levels at regular intervals, or occasionally simply doesn't switch.
The signals arrive at the DRV8301 without any problems, but then they are not passed on by the driver module without errors.
The problem always occurs with the same mosfet, even if the wiring is changed.
In addition, the problem does not occur with all duty cycles.
I clock with a frequency of 10kHz and an interlock time of 300ns.
Perhaps a similar problem has occurred before.

Thank you and best regards!
Alexander
