The LFU ref design (https://www.ti.com/tool/TIDM-02011) is based on F28003x/4x.
Can the same implementation be used on F280013x/15x?
If not what are the F280013x/15x limitation that prevent to implement the same mechanism?

Is the customer looking to do LFU without device reset on F280013/15x? Or is LFU with device reset acceptable?

Could you please provide an answer for both use case (with and without reset)?

Also it would be good to understand what recent C28x/C29x devices do support the scheme detailed in TIDM-02011.
