And i can confirm, programming the JTAGPSWDH1 at address 0x78016 to 0x3FFFFFF0 does work:

Hi Charles,

Do you get the error when you program fresh units with Z1-GPREGx values that are 0xFFFFFFFF?

Hello,

i tried with another HW(this one is programmed with JTAG LOCK, so i expect programming the Z1-GPREGx should work), but there is no feedback, it seems the process got stuck, see the screen shot.

Hi Joseph,

i managed finally to program this OTP with CCS 20.0.2, i was using CCS 10, an older version.
