TMS320F280025C: Unable to flash the example code in CCS

When i am trying to flash the code into device , it is showing some load program error. Please help me with this. Thankingbyou

Hello,

The most common reason for this is because there was some build error so the program was never created. Check your build output for any errors and resolve them.

Same example(code) i am able to run in another PC.

Can you confirm that this file physically exists in the path mentioned in your screenshot?
