Is it possible for you to send your devices to TI for analysis? In the previous thread, you stated that 7 of 50 devices were not operational. Do these devices have the same lot trace code and specifics as the working devices, for example:

The return process for devices is documented here:

Customer returns | Additional information | TI.com

If you are to return the devices, be sure to remove them from the board before sending back as returns.
