If you are looking for information on how to use the boot mode pins (GPIO72 and GPIO84) or use a specific boot mode, these details can be found in the F2838x technical reference manual within Chapter 5, the "ROM Code and Peripheral Booting" chapter.

i have seen it in a datasheet or TRM, maybe in documents for TMS320F28335. And now i didnt find it in documents for TMS320F28388D.

I'm not sure I understand what it is you are looking for- can you perhaps give an example of what you see for F28335 that you do not see for F28388D documentation so that I can reference it?
