Ok, are you able to erase using the Flash Settings/On-Chip Flash tool? What do the current Flash Settings look like for this target?

We can't find the Flash Settings/on-chip flash tool in the ccs( version:20.0.1). Should we install the uniflash and try to erase?

We tried to erase flash by using uniflash. But the error still occurs when we burn the code.

And we tried a example in c2000ware which burn to RAM. Similar error occurs.

I imported both examples and they both loaded/flashed fine for me:

What confuses me if that the program are being loaded form inside the ti_cloud_storage folder in your AppData home directory. That is an unusual location. How did those files get there? They are typically generated in the project build configuration sub folder like:

<WORKSPACE>\eAI_mfd_eval_f28p55x\CPU1_LAUNCHXL_FLASH\eAI_mfd_eval_f28p55x.out

<WORKSPACE>\adc_ex1_soc_epwm\CPU1_RAM\adc_ex1_soc_epwm.out

Are you using the executables generated by the projects in the Explorer that you showed in your screenshots?

Hi, we generated the gel files in the workplace.

But we don't know why gel file load from ti_cloud_storage. How to change the load path?

So you are using custom startup GEL files with your target configuration? If so, can you try using the default GEL files for the devices and see if those work?

We don't know how to change the GEL files path and use the default GEL files. Could you please guide us? We just downloaded the project and burned it, and didn't change the configuration.

My mistake, I just realized that this may be intended behavior by the debugger. I am investigating this part.

Can you attach your *.out file that is failing?

We uploaded. The .out file is from ti_cloud_storage folder in AppData home directory.

Thank you. I used your ccxml file and out file. Everything worked fine with CCS 20.0.1 and CCS 20.1.0. You are using the LAUNCHXL-F28P55X, correct?

I wonder if there is some hardware issue with your board. I don't know what else could be the reason.

Charles - I'm not sure if you can think of anything else. Do you know what FMSTAT 0x11 error stands for? Regardless, even loading to RAM causes a data verification issue.

Yes, we are using LAUNCHXL-F28P55X.

One last request. Can you generate debug server logs for both the FLASH and RAM loading failures?
