TMS320F28P659SH-Q1: What is the differences between F28P659 and F28P650?

I went through the datasheet but not so clear about the differences. Perhaps only about the EtherCAT option availability.

Is there anything else that I missed?

659 versions include AEC Q100 qualification and auto grade temperature.

650 versions are industrial qualification / temperature only.

Hello Chris,

Thanks for your answer. How about EtherCAT? I think that the interface is mainly used in Industrial applications, thus only available on 650 versions. Am I correct?

Correct, the EtherCAT feature is not specified on 659 Automotive versions.
