I found the shoot through protection circuit as shown below.

Is there any single IC available from TI to implement this logic

I'm not aware of a chip with this functinality.

This is just a redundant design for protection. Generally, the C2000 MCU can generate the deadband so this protection is not needed in most cases. Only a few high-end applications use such protections, and typically an isolation driver would support this feature without any additional IC.

Hi Chris,

Thank you for the reply. Currently my MCU is not capable of providing this feature. Do we have an AECQ qualified non isolated driver having this dead time protection feature.

maybe you should switch a C2000 MCU
