Hi,

My customer reached out to me inquiring about whether it would be possible to buy these devices pre-programmed? 

They are working on developing the firmware, and once they have it fully complete they don't imagine needing to change it in the future. As a result, they were wondering if it would be an option to buy a device from this family preprogrammed? Appreciate the insight, thank you!

    Hello Abigail,

    We don't typically offer the option to buy devices preprogrammed, so you would need to work with a PME or BU manager to determine if this is a case where we would be able to support the customer's request or whether the customer would need to work with a third party.
