There will not be any issues if these addresses are read. This is TI OTP region, data in this region is not documented nor guaranteed to the be same on each device.

Does 28035 have a series number? Or does TI OTP region have an address where the value is unique and each device has its own value?

The F28035 devices does not have unique ID feature available in the OTP region.
