Hi Experts,
Customer used F28069 chip for Traction Inverter mass production many years ago. Recently their end customer report single failure torque ripple larger and speed ripple larger than normal products. They do ABA with chip F28069, and the torque ripple larger and speed ripple larger followed up the abnormal chip. So we check the below item:
- Check XRS pin waveform, always high when torque ripple larger with abnormal F28069 chip.
- Check VDDIO/VDD, VDDIO 3.3V, VDD 1.8V, normal.
- Check external 10M Clock, normal.
- Check EPWM module, give new fix 50% duty to EPWM module, test waveform is fine, as below:
- Check feedback angle signal , the angle signal is fine, as below
- Check every pin Static pin impedance is fine.
- Check ADC module analog sampling is also fine. This issue will only occur on the entire vehicle. If it is tested on a single board, there will be no obvious abnormal waveform. So do you have any suggestion/Dir? Thanks.
