Hi ,

Meaning if the PLL is not locked/configured the PLLSYSCLK is derived from OSCCLK - INTOSC2 (10Mhz) by default which is then divided by /4 with default SYSCLKDIV so that PLLSYSCLK is 2.5Mhz
