TMS320F280025C-Q1: Tina-TI model "F28002x_Int33', F28002x ADC Model with script

Tool/software:

I have TINA-TI ver - 9.3.200.277 SF-TI.   the F28002x ADC spract6a App note shows model for TMS320F28002x; named F28002x_Int33; description F28002x ADC input model
External reference of 3.3 V
12-bit resolution
Single-ended input mode

Where is this model/how do I get it.   Have a new design validation in progress.  If it is _Int25 or _ext that I can modify, that is also OK.

I searched TI and cross reference but didn't find the _Int33.  didn't search for the other two.
