Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CONTROLSUITE
1. Does TI have the bootloader to support USB field upgrade for F28069?
2. Other than USB, is there another way to implement field programming of the internal flash in C2000?
Thanks,
John

John,
From what I understand:
Does TI have the bootloader to support USB field upgrade for F28069?
There is a flash-based USB loader that is scheduled to be released with one of the upcoming ControlSUITE updates.
Other than USB, is there another way to implement field programming of the internal flash in C2000?
There are a handful of other supported boot ROM loaders which the developer can use as a starting point to implement field programming. They are documented in the F28069 TRM: http://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/SPRUH18
John,
Here also is a reference design that can be used as a guide for developing a custom bootloader.
