I want to simply migrate from TMS320F28023 in to TMS320F2800137. what are the key points and how do I do this?

Hi Seema,

My main recommendation is to migrate all bitfield code to Driverlib + SysConfig. The referenced video showcases exactly how migration would work using SysConfig.

In terms of application code, the C2000 IDE Assist Tool can be utilized to help migrate code. We have bitfield migration support for F2803x to F280015x and other software development tools for all other device migrations. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Ensure you are using the latest CCS (v20+) and C2000WARE (5.04+).

thank you for help. I have some different scenario. here my F28023 is 48 Pin IC and I want it to migrate to F2800137 with 64 Pin IC.

As every application varies, our recommendation is to get started with these tools and let us know if you run into issues when migrating code. I've taken a note to look into bitfield migration further.
