We use the TMS320F28335ZJZQ for our project, and now, the /XRS is output low but we don't burn the program in the MCU, and the waveform refer to below,
the /XRS has the square wave output, the low signal is about 4uS, and the interval period of square wave is 4mS; pleae advise why wave is 4mS; pleae advise why
