TMS320F28075: CAN Bus DMA Access

Hi Team,

I had the following questions regarding the TMS320F28075 and the TMS320F28P650S devices:

1. Looking at the TMS320F28075 the SPI Bus has DMA access however the CAN bus doesn't, is this correct?

2. On the TMS320F28650S device family does the CAN bus have DMA access?

    Hey Cameron,

    You are correct. Including the two DMA block diagrams for reference below.

    TMS320F2807x doesn't have the DMA bus connection to the CAN peripheral. Data movement must be handled by the CPU/CLA (CAN Interrupts are routed to the PIE to enable this).

    However, TMS230F28P65x does have this connection:
