SCI problem

For tms320f28069 when it is communicating through  UART , if i pull out the wire between TX and RX then communication process permanently stops.

i want to setup again that communication without restarting the microcontroller , when i will connect that wire between TXD pin and RXD pin..How i can do that...?

    Hi Dipankar,

    you need some kind of synchronization. Either with additional lines (CTS, RTS, ...) or within the protocol. Look at MODBUS protocol for an example (either synchronization with special characters-though it limits your payload data format, or timing synchronization)
